Shipping & Delivery
Everything on Priads is digital. No physical shipping, no tracking numbers, no waiting at the door. Once payment confirms, your order goes out automatically.
When You’ll Receive It
Most orders arrive within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Orders placed during active hours — 6:00 am to 10:00 pm CET — typically land on the faster end of that window. Outside those hours, expect delivery closer to the 24-hour mark.
Where to Find Your Order
After payment, check two places:
- Your Orders page on priads.online (logged-in account)
- The email address you entered at checkout
If the email hasn’t landed, check your spam folder first. Some email providers route transactional emails there. Still nothing after 24 hours? Contact us and we’ll check the order status.
Out of Stock
If a product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll process a refund to your Priads site wallet within a few hours and let you know. You can use that balance on any other product in the catalog.
Warranty & Guarantees
