We stand behind every account we sell. If something’s wrong on delivery, we fix it — replacement or refund to your site wallet, processed within 48 hours. This page explains what’s covered, what’s not, and how to set up your account the right way so you don’t accidentally void the warranty.

 

Set Up Your Account the Right Way

When a new device logs into Facebook, the platform flags it. That’s normal. What’s not normal — and what triggers restrictions — is immediately changing the password. Facebook reads rapid security changes as a takeover attempt.

Here’s the timeline that keeps the account clean:

  • Day 1: Log in. Test the password, check email access, verify 2FA if it’s enabled. Don’t change anything yet.
  • Day 1-2: Change the recovery email password. Update the recovery email to your own. Still don’t touch the Facebook password.
  • Day 3-7: Now you can change the Facebook password. Use something strong. Enable 2FA if it wasn’t already set up.
  • Day 7+: Normal use from here. The account has settled.

If you change the Facebook password before 72 hours, it can trigger a restriction. That’s on Facebook’s security system — not a defective account, and not covered by warranty.

One more thing: after you change the Facebook password (at day 3+), Facebook makes you wait 10-25 days for the change to finalize. That’s also normal. It’s their system. There’s nothing to do except wait it out.

 

What’s Covered

Report within 24 hours of receiving the account — before you’ve made any changes. If any of the following apply, we replace the account or refund to your site wallet:

  • Checkpoint appears on first login (phone, ID, device, or checkpoint 282)
  • Password doesn’t work on the first try
  • Email access is broken or doesn’t exist
  • 2FA key doesn’t generate valid codes

What’s Not Covered

Once you start using the account, you own it. These situations aren’t eligible for refund or replacement:

  • You added a credit or debit card
  • You ran ads or created campaigns
  • You changed currency, timezone, or any account settings
  • You changed the Facebook password before the 72-hour window
  • You reported the issue after 24 hours of receiving the account

For Business Managers and Shared Pages, the same applies — once you’ve added cards, created ads, changed settings, or added users, the account is no longer eligible.

We also don’t refund for: daily spend limits not matching expectations, account suspensions after use, campaign performance, or anything that happened because of how the account was used.

 

Facebook Pages & Business Managers

When your page or BM is delivered, log in right away and confirm you have admin access. Within 1 hour of delivery, let us know it’s working.

After that 1-hour window, we automatically remove Priads admins. You’ll have sole ownership. Before we’re removed, add a backup admin — if something happens to your account after that point, you’ll want a way back in.

Once we’ve removed ourselves, any Facebook restrictions or account issues that come up are your responsibility.

 

How Refunds Work

Refunds go to your Priads.online site wallet. That means credit toward future purchases — not back to a crypto wallet, bank account, or PayPal. This protects both sides from transaction disputes and chargeback issues.

The process:

  1. Email support@priads.online within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear screenshot
  3. We review within 24 hours and give you a decision
  4. If approved, wallet credit lands within 48 hours

 

When Facebook Asks for Verification

Facebook sometimes asks for phone number, ID, or device verification — especially on accounts accessed from a new location. You’ll need to handle that directly with Facebook. We can’t verify on your behalf.

If verification is triggered immediately on first login (before you’ve done anything), that falls under warranty — report it within 24 hours.
