How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Orders placed between 6am–10pm CET are typically faster.
Where do I receive my order?
Two places: your Orders page on priads.online, and the email you entered at checkout. Check spam if nothing arrives in the inbox.
Why don't you deliver instantly?
Each order goes through a manual quality check before delivery. It takes a few hours, but it’s why accounts arrive in working condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency is the primary method. We also handle Binance, Payoneer, Wise, and bank transfers — contact us before ordering to arrange alternative payments.
What's the difference between BM1, BM3, and BM5?
The number = how many ad accounts the Business Manager can hold. BM1 = 1 ad account. BM3 = 3. BM5 = 5. Higher tiers also unlock pixel creation and sharing features BM1 and BM3 don’t have.
Can I change the password immediately after receiving the account?
Wait 72 hours before changing the Facebook password. Facebook flags rapid security changes as suspicious — changing too fast can restrict the account. Day 1-2: test everything and update recovery email. Day 3+: then change the Facebook password.
What if the account gets restricted after I receive it?
Restrictions within 24 hours of delivery (before you’ve made any changes) are covered — we replace the account. After that, or after you’ve run ads or changed settings, the account is your responsibility. Full terms: Warranty page.
Will you send setup instructions?
Yes. After delivery, you’ll receive account credentials and basic setup guidance via Telegram and email. For BMs, we also send the invite link and explain the acceptance process.
Is there support after I receive my order?
Yes. Telegram (@priadsfb) is the fastest channel — replies same day. Email support@priads.online also works for less urgent questions.
Do I need an anti-detection browser?
For Business Managers and Facebook ad accounts, yes — we recommend using an antidetect browser (Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, or similar) to manage multiple accounts safely. Using accounts on the same regular browser can link them and trigger restrictions.
Are these real Facebook accounts?
Yes. Real accounts, registered with real phone numbers. Not bots, not automated registrations. The aged accounts (2023-2025) have real account history behind them.
What daily spending limit do I get?
It depends on the product. BM $250 = $250 per ad account daily. BM Nolimit = no daily cap. The limit is listed on each product page. For BM5 with 5 accounts, the aggregate capacity is higher — see product specs.
What happens if the BM invite link expires?
Invite links expire within 48 hours if not accepted. If yours expires, contact us and we’ll send a new one — but only within the 3-day delivery window. Accept as soon as you receive it.
Can I add my own credit card and run ads?
Yes — but once you do, the warranty ends. Adding cards, running ads, or making major changes to the BM or account means you own it as-is. Test everything before you start using it
Do you offer refunds?
Not to external payment methods. If something’s wrong on delivery and you report within 24 hours, we replace the account or credit your Priads site wallet. Full policy: Refund & Warranty page.
