Guarantee & Warranty — Business Managers
Every Business Manager we sell leaves in working condition. If something goes wrong before you’ve had a chance to use it, we replace it. Here’s exactly what that covers — and what it doesn’t.
What’s Covered
Three situations trigger a replacement with no pushback:
- Invite link expires before you accept it. BM invite links expire within 48 hours if unused. If yours expires, contact us and we’ll generate a new one. You have up to 3 days from delivery to accept the invite — after that, the link is no longer available, so don’t sit on it.
- BM gets restricted within 24 hours — before you’ve done anything. If the Business Manager is restricted, disabled, or loses limits within 24 hours of delivery and you haven’t touched it yet, we replace it. No argument.
- Verification revoked within 7 days. Applies to Business Managers verified with original documents. If Meta revokes the verification status within 7 days of delivery, we replace it.
When We Don’t Replace
Once you start using the BM, it’s yours. We can’t replace it if:
- You added a credit or debit card to the BM or any ad account under it
- You ran ads through any ad account connected to the BM
- You made major changes to the BM (other than renaming it)
- You created pages using the BM
- You added or verified a domain under the BM
- You created additional ad accounts inside the BM
The logic here is straightforward. We ship the BM in clean condition. The moment it’s connected to cards, domains, or active campaigns, we have no visibility into what’s happening inside it. Payment methods we didn’t add, ads we didn’t create, domains we didn’t verify — any of those can trigger restrictions, and we can’t be responsible for that.
Same applies if your account history has previous rule violations. Domains you’re using may already be flagged by Facebook, and that follows the BM regardless of where it came from.
A Few Practical Notes
The 3-day invite window. Accept the BM invite within 3 days of delivery. After that, the link stops working. If 48 hours pass and you haven’t accepted yet (the link expires), message us and we’ll send a fresh one — but only within that 3-day window.
We recommend keeping backups. Add the BM to more than one profile. If your primary profile runs into issues, you’ll still have access from a backup account. This is standard practice for anyone running serious ad operations.
No cash refunds — replacements only. We replace Business Managers within the warranty period. Refunds aren’t offered for delivered assets. This is standard across the industry — restrictions happen, and the right response is a replacement, not a reversal.
After the warranty period, the BM is yours to manage. Facebook’s actions, restrictions triggered by how the BM is used, or anything that happens after the warranty window closes isn’t something we can control or cover.
